Rights and Responsibilities


Renew 360 Advanced Laser Institute ("Institute") offers Laser Interns a full Program of Study curriculum to become a Certified Laser Technician. The Laser Interns accepted into a Renew 360 Advanced Laser Program will be treated with respect and dignity as a Laser Intern. The Institute has the obligation of certain rights and responsibilities to all enrolled Laser Interns. These rights and the associated responsibilities shall establish the Institute's code of professional conduct in a facility that is conducive to the learning environment.

  • The Institute has the responsibility to provide quality education to all enrolled Laser Interns. These responsibilities include:
  • Providing quality laser and laser associated programs 
  • Appropriate instructional methodologies and content 
  • Providing instructors who have sufficient educational qualifications and practical expertise in the areas of instruction 
  • To provide the availability of adequate materials, resources, and facilities to promote the practice and application of theory.
  • An environment that is conducive to learning.
  • The Institute, its employees, instructor, and other office personnel is obligated to respect the rights of all Laser Interns.
  • The Institute will take action to those who violate any of the rules and regulations with the appropriate disciplinary measures.
  • Written warning of infraction from the instructor
  • Counseling with the Director of Operations
  • Termination from the program
  • The Institute will provide an impartial, objective evaluation of each Laser Intern's academic performance.
  • At the beginning of each course, the Institute will provide each Laser Intern with a written Course Syllabus containing the following:
  • Course description
  • Daily course outline
  • Method of evaluation
  • Hours of On-Campus classes
  • Course goals and objectives
  • It is the responsibility of the Institute to provide a safe environment that is free from acts or threats of intimidation, harassment, mockery, insult, or physical aggression.
  • ​The Institute will not hold any Laser Intern from filing a grievance against the Institute, its employees, instructors, or office staff. The Laser Intern will follow the procedures outlined on the Institute website (www.renew laserinstitute.com).
  • ​The Institute will assess each grievance and handle the situation in a timely manner.
  • ​The Institute is responsible for providing the Laser Intern with the following academic content in which they are enrolled.
  • Informative and educational webinars, one on one sessions, and examinations
  • Allowing the Laser Intern ample time to complete the course of study.
  • Grading each chapter exam in a timely manner
  • ​Responding to Laser Interns in a timely manner who have requested instructor attention in chapter they are having difficulty.
  • Scheduling with the Laser Intern for a one-on-one tutoring session when needed.
  • ​Have all Laser Interns participate in all hands-on procedures as instructed by the instructor.
  • Place attention to those Laser Interns that have an immediate or unforeseen situation that prohibits you from completing the course.
  • Providing full disclosure and an explanation by the Institute of all fees and financial obligations.
